Urban Forest Equity
The Portland Parks Conservancy is collaborating with the City of Portland to create an Urban Forestry Management Plan to guide the city’s tree canopy growth and sustainability. We’ve started raising funds to hire a consultant who will conduct research and engage the community. The Plan will focus on tree equity, sustainability, and long-term goals to benefit public health, neighborhoods, and climate action.
